I have been to Dawn's for three Reflexology treatments. I felt easier after each session, especially my left knee. Dawn was very professional and listened to my concerns about certain aches and pains. I would certainly recommend Dawn.

The therapy room has a lovely outlook which helps to relax you. I was suffering from chest pain due to long Covid and after only one treatment it was completely gone. I was really surprised and I continued to have a further nine treatments and found them really relaxing and enjoyable. Reflexology also helped with my sinusitis and back pain.

I get a tingly feeling at the top of my head when you are doing a reading Dawn. It is a physical feeling – a lovely feeling of being touched and when you speak, I get a sensation that touches my crown chakra and the feeling goes down my body and I know what you are saying is true. It doesn’t happen when anyone else does a reading. You also have a beautiful healing energy and it is a beautiful experience and I feel you are sending me healing too.

Your reflexology to help me sleep is amazing. I don’t know if you use a Fitbit but it measures your sleep quality and the week before a treatment it is between 68-78, but after and for the next month or two it is between 80-90.
